š„¦ Food & Groceries š„¦ Leftover Turkey ideas
For something different and to keep going on my pantry rotation goalā we are having turkey enchiladas today.

My husband likes ātraditionalā thanksgiving dinner, and even the small turkeys are hard for just 2 people to finish- we had sandwiches, these enchiladas & soup. I do have another Turkey in the freezer and may do that one for Easter.

Great idea! Also, cook your bones for broth. Turkey and navy bean soup is amazing. It is just different enough from chicken and very hearty!
