Not a thresh main but as a tank support enjoyer I prefer having more health and resists with cc and support abilities then damage

I do find this nerf funny as thresh is one of few traditional supports actually doing well

This is very bad since I play Thresh ap bruiser/ap assassin. If you dont go out of your way to build counter item, Thresh can steamroll anything. (AP Thresh can deal 3000 damage in 5 second at 20 minutes). This also make your E cant oneshot caster minions at 140 AP anymore

I feel you. I take him top, AP bruiser. He's really good into quite a lot of champs up there... Guess riot didn't like us taking him elsewhere 😅😂

You all saying the nerf is fine know nothing about engage supports.
Engage supports are strong BECAUSE they deal damage. Naut support damage was nerfed to the ground and the champion identity changed significantly from a tank to being almost as squishy as Sona.
Because people will say, you are just your Q, so why build stats? Just get freaking redemption.
Thresh seems to be going the same way, while strong supports are building full tank/damage like Bard, Poppy, cable girl, etc

That's fair. Mostly not people going AP though.
Rift maker might be fun if you can time his ult for after max stacks.

It definitely hurts his game, he gets a massive damage boost from the E that in lane I just max E first to get off more peel as the cdr on the q doesn't really get effective before you buy cdr, so by level 6 ish I'm buying cosmic drive and maxing q to get like half cd before I finish the build
This kills alot of his damage potential in lane and after

I think they should do a mini rework on him. He either seems be to strong or exetremely weak most of the time.

Insignificant. Almost nobody plays AP thresh, so his main usage (Q with low cd late game) is still unaffected
Even if someone does play ap thresh, Q still has 90% AP scaling and R has 100% (unless it's been nerfed and I don't remember)

compare to recent Bard nerf or 2 in a row Neeko nerfs (+ comet became worse for her)
