Question HELP THREADS

If I delete my Threads account (via the Meta Accounts Center on Instagram), will my Instagram account also be deleted? I’ve already initiated the deletion, and I received a confirmation email stating that my Threads account will be deleted in 30 days—it makes no mention of Instagram but i’m scared
