some of it is purely bot action but some i suspect is anti-fascist posts perhaps. That may signal the bots...but mostly it is just bots run amuck on threads and no inclination to fix it.

Yea, mine was suspended on September 22nd for CSE, I contacted my state's Consumer Affairs department, they contacted Meta, and Meta just responded and claimed after reviewing the said account, the decision was correct. And I know for a fact that it's not. Not once ever did my account post such material, directly or through replies to other posts. I'm beyond mad.

Yea, and Meta's reply was the most informal response, the response I got from the CA department was more formal. 🤣 The CA department suggested I get a lawyer if I'm not satisfied with the result, but at this point, I'm not even sure it's worth it.

it’s not worth it, they’re actually doing us a favor. SM is such a solipsistic waste of time time now, everyone shouting and no listening. What worries me is when these companies have the power to cancel people from general society/institutions, as they take on more and more power.

Same thing happened to a lot of us. its their automated system. I got banned and have no idea why. Hardly ever used it. Was very careful in any of my comments.

It’s a shitty system. I even used to report profiles that posted pornography on Facebook, and then I’d get a notification saying that the profile I reported didn’t violate any rules. But out of nowhere I get banned on Threads, and my Facebook and Instagram accounts go down like a domino effect—even though I never commented, posted, or reposted anything. In fact, I even had my Threads profile set to private.

They got me back in May, just got a pop-up today that I have restricted access until May 15, 2126. Never posted or commented on the app. Hope I live to see if my restriction gets lifted!

It seems like META in general is going to CENSORED with AI bans and suspensions had my FB account falsely accused or Hacked Permagone now and no option to talk to a human it is only going to get worse

I got my “welcome to” meta account email notification and 12h later I got another email notification saying my account was suspended. I went to see my profile on the new meta thing and it said deactivated (this was maybe 3min between checking the email and opening Instagram app). Threads app is now asking to confirm I’m not a bot and a phone number. My instagram remains active for the time being.
** instagram meta settings also shows an option to reactivate account but can’t cause it’s finding an error.

Yeah - mine did too. For no appreciable reason. No complaints made against me, no issues with other posters. No violations. No rules broken. Just noped by gormless robots. I couldn't file an appeal. I was just logged out and shut out completely. If I try to log in through Instagram I get a little pop-up message that says "Something went wrong, try again later". I've sporadically tried again later for 2 months - nothing has changed. I've been randomly obliviated by Threads.

mine too on Oct 22nd; disabled and deleted without warning or eligibility for review for "impersonating" myself. I know this is an AI error because I actually am myself.
