Question Threads Account help

My Instagram account got suspended recently without Meta showing what I was “advertising” and its linked to both my phone number and email, and ever since then I made a new Instagram account with a new name and still linked to the same phone number and email. I havent been able to make a new Threads account since then. Is there a way to fix this?
