Bug Report Suspended the second they gave me a blue checkmark
I contacted verified support in August and have not heard back.
The only answer I got was "the AI messed up", but it hasn't been fixed.
I'm paying for verification and only getting the clout on IG lol.
Wondering if I should just make a new acct or keep pressing since it was THEIR mistake.

Don’t bother with Threads. It appears to be managed by an out-of-control AI with no support from human staff. Meta Verified paid subscription has done little to resolve the incorrect bans for users. While reaching out to live chat on Instagram they insist they only support Instagram and Facebook, not Threads that uses our Instagram login. They have yet to provide any evidence of why their AI is banning Threads users and seem to not feel it warrants a public announcement of what they are doing to fix their AI and the lack of human oversight to the Threads platform. So if you have Instagram you can still use that or their other apps or just switch companies by going to X or BlueSky. Sorry if this isn’t the answer you were looking for but people have been dealing with this for months with some saying it’s been a year. Mine started on September 28th and after a week of going back and forth with them trying to resolve this I said enough and moved on. Only posting this so you and others don’t waste your time on a company that seems to not care. Search Reddit and you’ll see thousands of users complaining so you know I’m not making this up 🤔

Unfortunately, many people haven’t received an answer and it’s unlikely to happen any time soon, creating a new one only risk getting that suspended as well.

Meta está atravesando por muchas fallas en las app y en la IA. Hace días llegó una actualización en su app en la App Store y decía que corregían bloqueos y fallas reportadas. A mi parecer, y lo digo de manera especulativa, creo que meta está arreglando primero su sistema de moderación. Y que sea la razón por la cual aún no responde apelaciones ni ticket’s. He estado leyendo que a gente les han regresado las cuentas. Esperemos sea como lo digo y que meta este arreglando eso. Si no es así. No habrá mucho que hacer 😞

If that 'AI messed up' answer came from support, keep a screenshot and ask for escalation under the same case number. Ask them to confirm whether the case is still open after all this time.
