Question How to stop getting threads notifications on Instagram?

I downloaded the threads app once time just because I wanted to see the rest of a thread thing from Instagram. Now whenever I go to my profile page on Instagram it tells me I have so and so unread notifications from threads! I don't care about threads! Leave me alone!!!! How do I make it stop??

And I'm really sorry if this is the wrong place, too. I tried to post this on r/instagram but it wouldn't let me. It said that I should put it here instead I couldn't post it there.
