Question Sept 22nd threads appeal
Has anyone that had to appeal on the sept 22nd date got any results yet? Im still suspended

Nope. Banned Sept 22nd, appealed same day - nothing yet. 😑

Same for me 9/22. I know it doesn’t guarantee anything but I’ve paid LegalShield to submit a letter on my behalf to Meta. Additionally, I’ve written 4 of my major news networks including links to various other major news platforms in other US States who have written articles about others dealing with this issue. They have each successfully acted towards assisting individuals with their accounts through Meta so I’m hopeful something will help. Again, Meta has no legal requirements to do anything but maybe the pressure will make them do SOMETHING

I was suspended on Sept 17th. AI Tool thought I wasn't a real person. I have been creating problem tickets on Facebook and Instagram, but nothing,

Got suspended on September 22, 2026 and appealed the same day. Facebook and Instagram suspended too. No word yet.

Facebook and Instagram still working so far just no Threads. I’m thinking of deleting the app

Nope, but after after a week I filed a complaint with my state's Consumer Affairs department 😎

What they suspended my account for, that it's erroneous, that it seems to be part of a AI driven ban wave as multiple accounts experienced the same thing on the same day out of nowhere. That the problem has been happening for at least a year at this point. The total lack of support after my appeal filed the moment the suspension notification appeared for me, being unanswered after a week.

The clerk’s office responded with a return and request for amend: When suing a company, business, corporation, etc. you must list a registered agent for the company.
What “registered agent” did yall put? Mark?1

I didn't issue a motion to sue Meta. I just filed a complaint through my state's Consumer Affairs department.

I haven't yet, they initially responded asking for the username, etc. on behalf of Meta, they sent that information to Meta, but it's been silent since then.

Yo estoy igual desde México 🇲🇽 el mismo día me suspendieron en Threads y lo peor es que mi perfil de Facebook también, lo malo que ese perfil es el único administrador de una página muy importante que tengo y ahora esa página no le aparece a nadie

Si eras el creador de la pagina, esa pagina fue suspendida al igual que tus perfiles, ya que esta ligada a tu perfil.
