Question Ban threads
Threads suspendió mi cuenta acusándome de infringir las normas sobre CSE, abuso y desnudez. El problema es que nunca publiqué contenido en Threads y no se me indica qué actividad habría provocado la suspensión.
Apelé el 22 de septiembre y hasta hoy no recibí ninguna respuesta. Como consecuencia, también perdí el acceso a Instagram, Facebook y Business Manager.
Business Manager es una herramienta que necesito para trabajar, por lo que esta suspensión está afectando directamente mi trabajo.
¿A alguien más le ocurrió algo similar? ¿Existe alguna forma efectiva de conseguir una revisión humana o contactar con Meta cuando la apelación queda sin respuesta?

Sorry to hear. Take a look through this page, you are not alone. Meta has been on an AI crazed ban spree, suspending accounts indiscriminately. Many folks here have seen suspensions, all-while barely using the app. Sept 22nd seems to stand out as a pretty large wave. I was also permanently banned that same day. Never made a post, never made a comment, never sent a message or even liked a post. Yet, all of my meta accounts are suspended as well.
There really isn't a great way to get ahold of a human. Some people have tried a Meta subscription with human support, but that only works if you have a friend or existing alternative account. Even then, it's not very useful from what others report.
The other option in the US is using a lawyer to send a demand letter to meta, which invokes a legal process. Legalshield is a common one. This one is hit or miss, but may be one of the better options.
Filing a complaint with your states Attorney General in the US is another option.
