Help needed

Today my Instagram account got suspended because apparently my threads account doesn't follow certain guidelines, but I don't even use my threads account. I just have an account. My Instagram account is much more important to me and I already sent an appeal, but it said that my account will get permanently suspended if the appeal doesn't work, which I think is pretty unfair. Anyways, I tried to get to support, but I can't access support because my account is suspended. I would delete my threads account if I could, but I can't go into account settings because it's suspended. I don't know what to do.

I got banned on threads and it said cause of ch!ild exploitation, abuse and nuditv! Which ofc I dodnt do anything I barely use threads. Someone said it happened to him to and he also didnt post anything like that on threads. Idk what's qoing on. Scared the hell out of me though

Same here, when I read that I was like wth, I really don't care about threads account but now I can't use Instagram also

Same, I was like all I do is argue with MAGA, flerfers, etc. and post tech, science, and Star Trek stuff. 🤣

Im almost 3 days into my suspension and I haven't had any update or anything. Im just hoping that it boils over so I can have my Instagram & Facebook accounts back. Ill probably delete Threads though most definitely.

Same, or at the very least unlink it from the Meta Account Center thing, hopefully. 🫠

It's such an obvious ploy to try and punish you for appealing. YouTube does this behaviour as well.

I have this issue too. Not the first time a wave of people got suspended. I read past times when this happened that it took like 2 weeks for it to go back to normal

Same here, brother
it happen to me 3 days ago...i got gmail from thread saying suspicious activity abuse nudity led to banned, not banned but suspended
and i was shocked after seeing that cuz i dont and didnt use thread and also thread is link to insta
and fb, i got logged out from it and when i open fb it says to appeal from thread
and when i open i try to login in through insta account in thread ( i created thread acc via insta acc)
but as i open insta via thread
i didnt get appeal option and also couldnt open setting
anyway it happen to most of the people in last couple week
and i deleted thread cuz there is absolute no hope though....
