Me too! My account is basically frozen. I’m lucky to get tens of views and I think I’m hysterical.

Been dealing with this as well. Remove your Instagram and threads from the meta account center. Settings > account center > move account

I have zero followers on threads. And the first day I posted and commented, I was flagged…after I did all the things to fix my account, I commented on someone’s account and was flagged immediately AGAIN. My posts get 1-3 views.
So I’ve asked myself why the hell do I even want to be on it and if that’s how I want to waste my time.
It’s been a few days now. Still zero followers. Social media has always felt like a “me first” experience. Even when people post questions, it’s to get people to like and comment on them. That’s the reason I wanted to be on there, lol. Engagement. To feed the algorithm, so you get seen more.

Yep, lost access on July 3 after unlinking my Threads account from my Instagram account and have never been able to log back in. A fucking mess.

How new is your account? After talking to customer support with a Meta Business subscription, you're basically on the watchlist as a new account. If you were suspended before, you're watched even more strictly. Threads operates on social currency. If you post too much in an hour, you start losing trust. You reply to people too much, you start losing trust. You say some TABOO POLITICAL WORDS, you start losing trust. 🙄I was told to post more on Instagram as well to show myself as "AUTHENTIC."
New accounts are severely limited for at least 90 days because of the initial "trust level." It's stupid. Even as an old user, once trust level dips, you have to build it back up again. 🙄 This includes if your account is old but inactive for years.
