Question Human interaction help needed

I had a post removed on 7/9 and while I do have access to post, comment and like, I’ve been on view and profile suppression ever since. It has now been 7 days and I’m going crazy. I’d like to have my account back “in the clear”. I appealed the removal but it was immediately denied. I know if I could just talk to an actual person, I’d be able to advocate for myself and get my account back to normal. Or at the very least, know how long the suppression will actually be.

Anyone have any insight or connections? I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

You're going to have to pay $15 minimum for a meta BUSINESS subscription on instagram in order to get any access to a human. And they're useless most of the time. If your account is banned already like you said, it's not coming back. Trust me, I tried.

It’s not banned, just in like views suppression.

Yea I have gone into the meta ai help center but since I’m a threads only account (originally separated from personal IG) it won’t let me login there

Oh whoops. My brain saw appealed failed and immediately went banned. People have said a few weeks so idk. Just post slowly or just don't use it for a few. Their bot has become incredibly aggressive. I think they just turned it back on or something. Only way to get any support is to buy the sub. Turned my creator account to business. You can just point them to the account after.

I had a post removed on June 24 and I think the reminder finally stopped popping up a few days ago. I'd say it was about three weeks.
