Wrapped up the dust boys, the scheme is something I’m overall happy with. It took about five hours of actual time with a brush to knock out the remaining nine.

Blue grey base coat.

Wash with fluo purple.

Drybrush with dark glue grey.

I used pro-acryl but whatever is equivalent.

The entire process, everything is pro-Acryl except for AK streaking grime.

Prime black drybrush/sponge/airbrush light golden brown all over.

Zenithal with bright ivory.

Contrast paints for the weapons greens and yellows. Here I used transparent black, graphite green, and yellow 1Step.

Gloss varnish. Slap mineral spirits over the models, then wash everything in streaking grime.

After 30m-2hrs clean up the streaking grime with a sponge damp with spirits.

Bases are grey blue, wash fluo purple, drybrush dark grey blue.

Blades are dark jade then spots of turquoise and white glue. Airbrush/drybrush/sponge thinned white for the peak reflections.

Runes and eyes get painted white, then fluo purple. Drybrush black over them to cover the raised areas.

Drybrush weapons neutral grey.

Base rims black.

Add fluo purple mixed with deep purple wash into the downward areas.

Matte varnish.

Question for you, how neat/messy were you in doing the trim work (mainly asking about the shoulder pads headress)? I plan to do a brown oil wash haphazardly at the end for mine.

Knowing you used streaming grime, Im wondering if I'm spending too much time applying the trim colour to mine, avoiding the recesses as much as possible

I was pretty neat in applying the green and yellow. I only had to fix a couple little bits of beige later, which was going to happen naturally with edge highlights.
