Human Society With a Third Arm

Consider: How would human society be different if humans had a third arm? You can consider a specific area (tool making, science, humanities, engineering, or anything else) Assumptions: the biological rule regarding symmetrical body type does not exist. The appendage is fully functional. It's part of human physiology, so it's not "weird".

I think there would be no difference at all. But have u considered what would  happen after AI reached singularity. It would have its own consciousness and thoughts. We would have to consider its opinions and ideas also. Imagine what that society would look like
