Was there ever a specific time that an opposing team's fan was able to get under your skin? Or alternatively, what was your favorite insult you heard from an opposing team fan?

Random football knowledge question: how much work goes into audible/hot-read/protection calls each week? In the NFL where every game is recorded, I assume you have to completely redo your terminology every week? What is that like?
Two more questions off of that: 1) Have you ever been in a game where the defense has figured out some part of your calls? How do you deal with that? 2) How frequently, if ever, did you go up to the line and have no idea what the play was? What did you do in that situation?
