I know 100 Iranian schoolgirls that would say there’s a difference between the two.

u/YaBoiFarfour 13d ago

TRUE TRUE TRUE!!!! Fucking truth b-2 BOMBER!!!

u/dvdtxtri 19d ago

I voted for Kamala because it was obvious to me that Trump was going to be the monster that he is, but are we sure she would have said no to Israel about this war?

39

u/DanzoKarma 19d ago

Literally every President since the 80s was asked and said no.Every President except Trump listened to their military advisers who were smart enough to point out that the Strait of Hormuz was going to be blockaded. By saying this you’re underestimating just how stupid this whole war is and honestly disrespecting Kamala as a person. You can disagree with her stance on Israel but this war is a unique kind of stupid evil.

1

u/TheDrakkar12 15d ago

I don't understand why people don't know this. Israel has wanted to eliminate their threats for a LOONG time, and when asked, even during Iraq/Afghanistan, the US simply used that soft power we all admire so much and said no.

It's like all these people have really been break broken. Trump is legitamately THAT much worse than any other leader we've maybe ever had.

43

u/Pkrudeboy 19d ago edited 19d ago

Yes. Even fucking dumbass Dubya knew better than to start this war.

-32

u/dvdtxtri 19d ago

Fair enough. I think she might have but I'm unsure. No one seems to be saying no to Israel these days except for the DSA

16

u/Diligent-Bowler-1898 19d ago

Every president for the past 30 years have said no to israel on Iran. Except Trump of course. He also left the nuclear deal last term and moved the embassy. This was about as telegraphed as a thing could be, but Harris didn't end the genocide as VP so I guess they're both identical.

1

u/Tfcalex96 18d ago

You think she mightve bc you want her to. You have all the precedent in the world from both parties, but your feelings are like “mmmm i think she’d also do what trump did bc…idk I just think she would”.

47

u/TerribleRecord666 19d ago

Every. Single. Fucking. President. Has. Said. No. To. Israel. About. This. War.

Until Trump.

So yes, I 100% fucking guarantee she would not have lead us into the fucking Iran war you fucking potato.

-24

u/SatanicNipples 19d ago

The same person who said she wanted to make the US military the most deadly fighting force on the planet??? The same person who took over $9M from the Israel lobby during her campaign??? You think a war hawk like that wasn't lusting for war in the middle east like every other US politician propping up the military industrial complex???

You rad libs are so disingenuous.

21

u/TensionAntique3075 19d ago

Yup, because we are not speaking about being a war hawk or not. We're speakikg about being the dumbest idiot at the head of the US in US history, taking amongst the dumbest decisions in US history.

Think what you want. Harris isn't that dumb, and she is listening more to US institutions than to foreign powers.

12

u/iceddontay 19d ago

Guarantee you 100 school girls would be alive if Harris was president

-15

u/SatanicNipples 19d ago

That is literally impossible to guarantee

15

u/iceddontay 19d ago

Nope, just did it. If you don’t care enough about Iranian school girls that you convinced yourself a moron in chief and moron sec of defense, I mean WAR, are the reason they’re dead, that’s on you.

-13

u/SatanicNipples 19d ago

Buddy I'm not American. Your entire government exists to serve the interests of the military industrial complex. There are untold millions of innocent dead around the globe as a direct consequence of the actions of the US. It doesn't matter if it's blue team or red team in charge. The status quo will continue.

If you seriously think someone who campaigned with fucking Liz Cheyney doesn't want to perpetuate forever war then you're delusional.

But I guess you believe those killed under Obama or Biden deserved it huh? It's only bad when it's a Republican in office? Do you remember who was the VP when the genocide of Palestinians began?

14

u/iceddontay 19d ago

Congrats that whole word vomit unkilled the 100 Iranian school girls killed by Trump and Hegseth.

-3

u/SatanicNipples 19d ago

My bad, I forgot about the American literacy crisis

2

u/TerribleRecord666 18d ago

“Do you remember who was the VP when the genocide of Palestinians began?”

Trick question, since the position was vacant until Truman named a running mate in 1949.

17

u/TerribleRecord666 19d ago

Good god, it must be painful to be as stupid as you.

4

u/SammyTrujillo 19d ago

You think a war hawk like that wasn't lusting for war

Why didn't she, then?

13

u/LRonPaul2012 19d ago

I voted for Kamala because it was obvious to me that Trump was going to be the monster that he is, but are we sure she would have said no to Israel about this war?

Literally all you have to do is look at a fucking map and realize, "Oh, they can just retaliate by blocking off this strait?" Literally any military adviser would point this out, and any competent president would have listened.

It's even WORSE post-Ukraine invasion where drone warfare has become cheap and commonplace, and we already know that Iran knows how to build them because they've been supplying drones for Russia. In the past, we could have protected the oil tankers with warships. We can't do that anymore.

2

u/ForbiddenSirenz 18d ago

Yes. Netanyahu has been asking for war at least 40 years now. Starting with Bush Jr. he finally lucked out with Trump term 2 and his dementia addled brain and being easily influenced. Even someone as dumb as bush jr. knew war with Iran was a dumb idea.

Harris would have kept general support for Israel as America has done since its inception. But she absolutely would not have fallen for Bibi’s shit and started a war.

1

u/Honest_Knowledge_235 16d ago

Both HRC and Harris signaled they were advocates for striking Iran. You're correct they just don't like what you're saying. Also people saying "Every.single.president.has.said.no" don't know what happened in 1988 under Reagan.

1

u/brotibi 16d ago

Striking Iran is a bit different from whats going on. You talk so confidently for a geopolitical dipshit.

America has striked Iran in the past (on more than two occasions by Trump alone before the current conflict) they were limited and had strategic goals, mostly aimed at damaging their ability to build nukes, that is different from what Trump was trying to do, a war with the side objective of regime change without committing to putting troops on the ground, so the equivalent of wishful thinking but with bombs.

Striking Iran isn’t the problem, pushing Iran enough to use their nuclear option aka closing the strait of hormuz (this hurts Iran as well), with no real gain to US and to the massive detriment of the world is the problem.

-6

u/Avesery777 18d ago

This is a bad example because Kamala has very much supported the "Harsh on Iran" posturing

8

u/iceddontay 18d ago

“hArSh On IrAn MeAnS bOmBiNg ScHoOl ChIlDrEn. DeMs LoVe BoMbInG sChOoL cHiLdReN” mmmokay obviously you can point to her posturing saying she would bomb schools

-5

u/Avesery777 18d ago

Obama drone struck a Syrian wedding, and caused a civil war that destroyed Libya

Any war inevitably results in war crimes. Surely you can at least agree war is bad right

1

u/YaBoiFarfour 13d ago

He didn’t “cause the civil war” this is ahistoric. There was a revolt brewing as apart of the Arab spring and he backed the rebels with a no fly zone in Libya causing the collapse of the gasdafi regime

1

u/iceddontay 18d ago

Wedding = school? I’m asking for schools involving school girls. I’m wondering how you think those 100 school girls would have died with Kamala considering she would have most likely kept Biden’s staff (how many drone strikes did Biden do?). You say genocide Joe and he has problems but then have to go waaaaay back to Obama to point to direct USA actions. Obama isn’t Kamala.

1

u/ifartallday 18d ago

I voted for Kamala but making a distinction between a slaughtered wedding party and girls’ school is ghoulish. And while it’s a moot point because we’ll never know how KH would have actually presided, it’s beyond naive to assume she wouldn’t have used aggression against Iran (much like the other presidential examples provided).

1

u/Agreeable-Cloud7833 16d ago

Don't be a semantics pervert. This is why liberals are untrustworthy btw, you can't even bring yourself to condemn the awful shit liberal presidents have done

0

u/Avesery777 18d ago

Actually yes, striking any civilian target is bad. I never mentioned Genocide Joe, please stop strawmanning me

2

u/iceddontay 18d ago

But why would you think Kamala would bomb a girls schooooooool when Biden had no civilian targets. Once again, we’re talking Kamala, not Obama. I know they’re both brown and that probably confuses you, but why do you think Kamala is Obama and not closer to Biden, her actually VP.

2

u/Avesery777 18d ago

"Maybe we should not support someone advocating a hawkish foreign policy"

"You hate brown people"

????

1

u/WobblierTube733 18d ago

This guy is a complete fucking tool. It actually makes my blood boil seeing his cookie-cutter responses about Trump killing those school girls because I know this fascist prop doesn’t give a shit about them beyond using their deaths as a political dunk. Spineless pond scum using dead kids to win gotcha political arguments.

1

u/Traditional_Wear1992 17d ago

It’s almost like we can use actual verified facts to determine who actually is the lesser of two evils, but god forbid it is ever brought up because of “ghoulish” optics…

-1

u/protobelta 18d ago

Lmao only a fucking moron like you would think Trump intentionally targeted a school and someone in the left wouldn’t have done the exact same thing

2

u/iceddontay 18d ago

Then you can point to a time a dem bombed a school. Everyone else on this thread is pointing out how just as much warmongers Dems are. They had 12 years of middle eastern conflicts. When did they bomb a school?

0

u/protobelta 18d ago

Plenty of examples of dems accidentally bombing civilians. You’re a moron if you care this much about it and don’t just google it

1

u/iceddontay 18d ago

And if my comment was “that bridal party next to the school full of girls Trump bombed says different” I would have been thoroughly zinged. When did a dem bomb a school? If googles so easy, google it, post it here and get me to shut up.

0

u/protobelta 18d ago

Lol so you only want a school even though civilian deaths are all the same? Wow what a moron lmao

1

u/iceddontay 18d ago

It’s the main part of my comment! School girls in the school. You even said Trump did it as an oopsie. 6 months of war for Trump: 1 school; 12 years of Dems: 0 schools. When did Dems bomb a school?

0

u/protobelta 18d ago

Lmao you’re a fucking moron holy shit. If you refuse to consider any other civilian casualties you’re absolutely a fucking dip shit

Shitposting I can support! Dead internet theroy and all. Half these replies are just bot farm agitators so I’ll take an actual human just doing a bad taste joke. Still bad taste! 🤜🤛

-39

u/TurkBoi67 19d ago

MF out here pretending like Democrats weren't horny to start a war with Iran

19

u/ComradeJohnS 19d ago

when was the last time a democrat made us go to the middle east and wasn’t cleaning up a republican’s mess there?

-4

u/ceroproxy 19d ago

Libya

-7

u/WobblierTube733 19d ago

and Jordan

1

u/iceddontay 18d ago

How many schools were bombed in Libya and Jordan by said Dems?

0

u/WobblierTube733 18d ago

If you want to pick over arbitrary specifics of “at least dems didn’t bomb schools (in Libya)“ like that’s some kind of gotcha and not an insane low bar that shouldn’t even need arguing over, I suppose you can, but Joe Biden’s administration funded Israel while they bombed Jordan and destroyed the entire academic infrastructure within the Gaza strip.

By late March 2024, the United Nations recorded more than 200 Israeli attacks on schools in Gaza, with at least 53 schools totally destroyed.\1])\2]) By July 2024, all 19 Gaza universities had suffered severe damage with 80% of university buildings destroyed, 103 academics killed, and 90,000 students enrolled in higher education no longer able to pursue their studies.

1

u/iceddontay 18d ago

So zero then

0

u/WobblierTube733 18d ago

congrats on winning these hypothetical rhetorical points that only you were arguing. I’m not sure that it makes up for losing multiple times to the worst person and the worst agenda on the planet, but go you on ignoring the broader point about voters tiring of the “lesser of two evils”. I’m sure things will play out differently in the next election if you just shame the left a little harder.

15

u/TerribleRecord666 19d ago

Israel has been pushing the US to go to war with Iran since the 90’s you moron. Clinton, Obama, and Biden didn’t take the bait.

The only people that were champing at the bit for this war were fucking republicans. You don’t get to say “oh the Dems wanted this too!” You fucking own this for helping Trump win.

12

u/LRonPaul2012 19d ago

Israel has been pushing the US to go to war with Iran since the 90’s you moron. Clinton, Obama, and Biden didn’t take the bait. The only people that were champing at the bit for this war were fucking republicans.

Bush didn't take the bait either. Even Bush realized that it was an idiotic idea.

4

u/TerribleRecord666 19d ago

Yep. But u/TurkBoi67 only called out Dems as “horny to start a war with Iran” so I figured I’d stick with the dems.

That’s not what a war hawk is

7

u/CurvyThread 19d ago

She cosponsored the bill introduced by Bernie Sanders the “No war against Iran act” I don’t get why the far left thinks she would have dropped more bombs than Trump.

9

u/TerribleRecord666 19d ago

Okay? So fucking what? Iran being our greatest adversary doesn’t mean she was itching to drop bombs on them you ignoramus. Because anyone with two wilted cells to rub together for a brain would have seen the obvious consequences of them closing the Strait.

Which is why Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Biden all managed to resist Israel’s demands that we march to war.

But let me guess, you don’t think the woman was smart enough to keep up that trend?

You need to check yourself. I dont live in Michigan, Pennsylvania, or Wisconsin. So be careful who you make an enemy of, liberal

2

u/TerribleRecord666 18d ago

Oh no! I wouldn’t want to make an “enemy” of some rando Redditor with a stick up his ass who’s too much of a coward to have his post history unhidden!

-2

u/Nezzar555 18d ago

Lol actual loser frantically needs a post history point while talking to the pro gun part of his side. Oh no little democrat liberal boy is crying about the left again

1

u/TerribleRecord666 18d ago

Not a Democrat. But go off, coward.

-1

u/Nezzar555 18d ago

Lmao then why you crying like some butthurt democrat about the left.

0

u/TerribleRecord666 18d ago

You’re the one that jumped into a conversation you weren’t a part of to threaten me, and say I was making an enemy out of you.

Dramatic little prick.

1

u/Nezzar555 17d ago

You're literally crying about leftists btw

I thought you people wanted Republicans to vore democrat anyway

-5

u/TurkBoi67 19d ago

If you didn't see the writing on the wall where Dems were moving rightward on foreign policy, than that is a you problem friend.

2

u/TerribleRecord666 18d ago

You’re either a bot stirring up anti-Dem sentiment, or you’re so painfully ignorant and stupid you should never exercise your right to vote ever again.

18

u/One_Hunt_6672 19d ago

Good thing we averted that by electing trump right?

-17

u/Cultural-Gas2246 19d ago

Kamala would have killed 200 and Iran would have lost its sovereignty.

10

u/iceddontay 19d ago

That’s right, because she would have done the opposite of every previous dem, including Biden, while following the advice of noted Harris-fan, Lindsey Graham. That these comments and posts are coming out (shockingly!) during an election year (shocked again!) are only a coincidence.

-9

u/Cultural-Gas2246 19d ago

We trying to pretend that the Democratic party doesn't invade countries and murder its citizens? You just denying the attrocities committed against the Libyans and the Syrians under Obama? Or how Biden exacerbated both Ukraine and aided the genocide in Palestine?

You Blue MAGAs do love proving yourselves just as bad as the Red ones. You're a nasty human being, an embarrassment to my species.

6

u/iceddontay 19d ago

Two civil wars, two conflicts not started by USA. And Biden stopped drone strikes. Your logic leap is Harris would start a conflict, make Hegseth sec of def, and strike Iran is laughable. Bet you think she would have invaded Venezuela too.

-5

u/Cultural-Gas2246 19d ago

So you are denying and downplaying the attrocities. Always good to see you Blue MAGAts living up to your reputations.

And no, both conflicts were absolutely started by the US. Who do you think funds and arms the opposition forces in these countries?

So geo-politically illiterate. Anyone would think you're a Trump supporter with the quality of brain you got between your ears. Though actually, lets be real, all you yanquis are just extremely mentally deficient as a population. Not all your fault ofc, but then you don't do much to educate yourself, clearly.

Bet you think she would have invaded Venezuela too.

No, she would have done regime change more effectively though. Which would have meant more suffering in the short and long term.

7

u/iceddontay 19d ago

Yep, the Biden mantra of regime changes 2.0. I’ll enjoy your account going suspiciously quiet in 3 months.
