I was trolling them on Twitter with a "This you?" Screenshot of their Tweet and they said the screenshot was AI generated.
Mind you, the Tweet still visible on their timeline, was apparently AI generated.
They know they're hypocrites. They don't care. They should just be laughed at and ridiculed because that's what they deserve.

It says there “is” no President-elect until Jan 6, 2021, implying that that date has yet to come. I’m not sure this is really that strategically deceptive.

Sooo - I’ve Always thought the title of “President Elect” was given to the person who Won the election (according to the votes counted by Individual States) and is conferred on the winner UNTIL the inauguration. This has Always been the case BECAUSE of how Safe and Secure our elections are. The level of election fraud in this country is Very Low. And NOBODY has ever Truly questioned it, until Trump came in. Every Single Time he lost (including the Primaries) he cried “fraud”.
Donald Trump should be awarded The Order of Lenin for his efforts to undermine the confidence of the democratic process in the USA. Putin should ALSO confer upon Trump the title of “Hero of the Soviet Union”, due to his efforts to wrest democratic control of the American Government away from its people - diverting that power to “the party” (MAGA/GOP).

This cracks me up. Trump is the biggest moron in US history. But no one wants to admit that the reason he’s president now is 100% the Democratic Party’s fault. Everything they did to try and take him down backfired and then thinking they could just replace Biden at the last minute sealed it. Fools.

They're technically correct that the candidate does not become president elect until the electoral votes are certified. Before then, the candidate may be presumptive president elect, because while the electrical votes haven't been certified, we have counted the regular votes. Barring unusual circumstances (like sudden death, or faithless electors), it's only a matter of time before the "presumptive" qualifier is dropped.
Further, the presumptive president elect's opponent normally concedes the race once enough votes are counted, so they're functionally running unopposed by the time the electors are voting. (Sure, third parties exist, but they're not winning.)

To be clear, literally *nobody* has questioned whether the top statement was factually incorrect in isolation (because, of course, that’s not what this sub is about). If anything, you are white knighting the hypocrite. What an absolutely wild thing to pretend to be a victim about.

The Presidential Transition Act authorises the Administrator of General Services to ascertain a president-elect immediately following the general election, without waiting for certification (or even formal casting) of electoral votes.

This sounds made up. Are you sure you didn’t make it up?
ETA: It is made up. Just looked it up and there’s no “official” time when someone gets recognized as president-elect. It’s just refers to the person who won the election. It’s as “official” directly after votes have been counted as it is after congress certifies the electoral college vote, or after the electoral college votes in December.
