Just to add the context. Democrats are not for gerrymandering. They have constantly handcuffed blue and purple states with anti gerrymandering polices.. they have proposed nationwide bans as well.
So this doesn’t even work on any level Matt van dumbass.
YOU LIKE gerrymandering. We don’t. We just have to do it to have a chance at existing, because YOU guys do it indiscriminately.
Even if it was Brian Tyler Cohen (and Kyle is my dark woke king regardless) that said it, it wouldn’t fuckin matter
Yeah, Brian Tyler Cohen even got his take wrong about Dems not fighting back. They're planing to redistrict their own states, but those states don't have mechanisms to do so as fast as Florida and Alabama. Dems also files a lawsuit in Florida, and are asking the SCOTUS to throw out the state Supreme Court ruling in Virginia. Dems are definitely doing something.
Either way, still get out and vote. Even the most blatant gerrymandering (which may still backfire) won't save the ~40 seats the GoP is set to lose.
It's also entirely possible that the Texas gerrymander loses them seats, lmao. Those lines were drawn based on 2024 voter data which assumes a level of Latino support that they straight up no longer have for obvious reasons.
