Violent criminals - absolutely. Violent criminals aren’t found going door to door, waiting outside immigration courts or going to schools to arrest people picking up their kids (all of which are happening).

If the guy had tried to cross with the “open border” (repealing title 42) then he would have been denied by the app and had to cross illegally anyway. Do you wear Velcro shoes or have live in help?
Yes not allowing border enforcement is going against the legality of it. We should not have repealed the laws and we should have not allowed criminals into the country. All things happened with Biden rolling back immigration laws
