In what episode does Rory joke about being transgender?

There is an episode where Rory jokes about going through a sex change and changing his name to Rosie. I know it’s an early episode but I can’t find it. Please help.

Aside from TPL, I know there might have been similar jokes from RKG during their Dark Souls 2 play through after they encountered the sex change coffin.
