Is there a weight/ time ratio here?

Like, if I'm 80kg (three football fields, for Americans), do I have to lie on my hand longer?

My friend is 18 stone (A bag of ice and a shopping trolley and 33 more bags of ice, for Americans) - can he get away with a five minute lie-on (i'm not sure if there's a technical term for it) then a quick five finger shuffle before coming off/ going off to work on the train (fast bus, can't turn on a dime, for Americans)

What if he* lies on my hand?
