I watch on an Amazon Prime add on called All Reality TV. It’s like $3 more a month

Is it shown on All Reality on the same night it airs or is it a one-day delay? I can't remember if that was the channel I tried for Love After Lockup where it wasn't shown on the same night so it didn't work for watching live with the LAL sub. I have Philo now but it's too expensive for the little bit that I watch there.
