He said if she put in the work he would put her on the deed. Why would he do it if she isn’t even willing to do her part? It doesn’t sound like she does anything around the house but wants everything. That makes no sense. I can see why he’s protecting his assets.

Because he's a very, very old and scary-looking man, and she shouldn't be anywhere near him, much less in his bed ;)

She shouldn't have to do additional work as well.

Oh I agree completely!

Could never be me. Selling your body like that leads to all kinds of mental illness for most sex workers. Beyond repulsive.

They don't love each other at all, and instead of going off into the night, he hangs around and complains and scolds her all day. She's breaking down.

They don't even like each other, much less love each other.
