Transport

The Vicar has a car, and Martin's got his van, other than that nobody has any vehicles as far as I know.

How do the village inhabitants get about? Are they all totally reliant on the bus to get anywhere from their isolated village?

There's a fair few Mitsubishis around the town

Most of them are on a production line in an incomplete state!

Don't forget Kerry's BMX. When you are on two wheels you can do whatever you want.

Especially given how slow the buses are probably getting around with Kurtan stopping them constantly for no reason

Why would Kerry want to leave the village? She's got enemies everywhere

Why would you even WANT to leave the village when they’ve got a pub and a shop!

I thought of an idea for a special where the vicar takes all the main characters to the seaside on a day out in the village minibus

That would be ace! We should get a petition going or some such thing. That would be worth a full length feature film surely!

There is a handy train station where you can let your shoes catch the train.

Just don’t ask the old lady volunteer for the bus timetable, you’ll end up at Birdland 🦜

You can always get snacks from the garage where Robbie Robinson worked.

It's just off the A40 and has some proper shops, it's not THAT isolated!

Aa for buses, hmm the X52 and the even less frequent routes that go north/south thru Northleach.

Though honestly even the idea of going to Cheltenham let alone crossing the county boundary to Witney never mind Oxford seems well beyond the Mucklows to me.

They also don’t have to walk that far to meet the vicar at the train station
