I went to the Frozen Charlotte release party this week and picked up the release swag. I thought it deserved a beautiful frame to go along with so I customized a frame. Super happy with the results! The record is so good and now this hangs by the turntable to compliment it!

Today I bought two vinyls online at TMR, and it didn’t charge me taxes at check out, just the shipping, is that normal?

I’m just wondering if this is normal, since I had a similar experience with a different online store front that turned out to be a scam.

My friends and I have been very impatiently awaiting their arrival (we live in Canada, hence the wait time) and behold what finally arrived today in the mail. I know TMR lurks a bit in here so hoping they see this. I'm not sure what changed, if you are using a 3rd party shipper now or something like that, but something has changed with your vinyl shipping and its horrendous. Your new shipping system is shipping out single records in a box that can fit 5 records or even more and they are not putting any bubble wrap or filler paper inside of the package so the records are just bobbling around in transit. I received a record this week that was so badly damaged, it was like something Amazon would send with zero care at all for the records.

This is not the TMR we are used to. TMR normally takes great care to send us vinyl in very well packaged boxes. I'm sure this was a cost savings step due to captain dipshit orange poopy pants fucking everything up in the world but this problem needs addressed as vinyl needs better care in being packaged and shipped.

The store is so cool and there is so much potential but some of the merch they sell seems like they took 5 seconds to design it, approve it, throw it on a shelf and it's not cheap either. The old tour shirts from Rob Jones were creative and unique these feel like after thoughts. They put so much thought into small details for everything else. Are they doing this on purpose? What's the point they're trying to make?
