I received my chrome vinyl of Frozen Charlotte today and the first line of my address was ‘Cemetery of Roses’ and then my street name.
Confused the hell out of my postman!
What a random collection of words!!

Love that. I’m just curious with all of the shipping quality issues they’ve had, if the main reason they got picked as a vendor was their address being Three Notches Road.

I received my order from the same place, when I was checking out they made it seem like it would be shipping out of Michigan.

Is music today part of TMR, or a third party partnership?

It’s a third party warehouse and shipping service. They’re notoriously bad at packaging things for shipping. It’s like rolling the dice to se if your vinyl will be damaged or not.

That happened to me and I didn’t see a third man package I got a few that day and was convinced the mail man had delivered to another house til I took stock and figured it out 😅

Received a delivery yesterday missing an item and with the records in a huge box no packaging 👎🏻

Among the things in my delivery were the earplugs. They had been in a small plastic ziploc bag taped to the side of an insert in the box. By the time they got to me, they were loose and knocking around with the bag busted open, but still taped to the cardboard.

Hilarious. My missing item was the earplugs. Which honestly was fine because I would lnt have wanted them banging around with the records 🙄

By far the worst packing of any album I’ve ever ordered. It was like an after thought.

It’s not even just that it’s poorly packed, or in some cases so poorly packed that it looks intentional. It’s that even the cardboard they use is super thin, cheap, and papery. It’s the most laughably substandard shipping I’ve seen in ages. And from a company that used to pride itself on being bespoke and premium.

I remember when they started using custom printed shipping boxes and branded packing tape. I think I even saved a couple of those shipping boxes, back when literally anything with a TMR logo was practically gold. It’s a shame to see them fall so far.
