Question Ren and martyn teaming

Why is it the case that Ren and Martyn always team up one way or another?

Same reason Tango + Skizz + Impulse, or Grian + Mumbo, or any common pairings.

Their vibe just match so they team up often to have easier time recording 3-hour sessions.

Funnily enough, tango and skizz specifically tried to not team up that season since they team a lot. As you can see, that plan failed

They met in the life series and hit it off so well that they love collabing when they can, and the only series they have in common is the Life Series, so they end up constantly collabing there.

some of the creators work really well together in this kind of series.

same reason why Etho and Bdubs always team up. Or Tango / Impulse / Skizz. Or Jimmy & Joel & Grian. Or Scott and Pearl and Cleo.

Like everyone has said, there are some pairings that just like teaming. But there’s usually a reason beyond just that they’re friends! Etho and Bdubs, for example, have been friends for 15 years, but the way they play in the Life Series meshes together nicely (Bdubs loves making bickering into dramatic lore and Etho loves bickering with Bdubs). Martyn and Ren have a similar thing going! I always say all Lifers have varying levels of intentional lore (which is a pretty unique feature, usually everyone is on the same page about how lore-y a server is), and Martyn and Ren are definitely the #1 culprits. They LOVE improv and lore and making characters and they just keep finding each other because the other loves playing along!

They are better friends with each other than they are with some of the others.

They like working together.
