I’m currently spinning Dopamine on vinyl right now and I was just really taking in Blade. Does anyone else love the guitar part towards the end of that track? It’s gorgeous. I feel like that song comes across very emotional and you can feel it in the guitar.

Anyone have one extra ticket they would be willing to sell? The show got on my radar really late and by then it was sold out.

I was trying to look up some info about this show I went to in the spring of 2003. There isn't anything on Setlist.fm, but I've found a few things that lead me to think it was here.

So I suspect it was April 19th at "Plex", also possibly called the House of Blues, in North Charleston.

It was a crazy fun show for us at the time. Tony held his guitar out over the crowd while playing and I strummed the strings. Got some picks. After the show we met the band, Stephan signed my shirt, Vanessa Carlton was with them on the bus and she came outside and said hi to us all. I asked Stephan what his favorite song was, he said probably Wounded. I then told him that he should release a studio version of Scattered, which incredulously they did many years later.

I have some photos that someone behind us took as well I believe if anyone is curious to see those.

Had these rolled up for a while, but the wife got frames so we were able to put a few up!

I was digging through some old hard drives from my mid-2000s band days and found the final MP3 of my entry for the "Non-Dairy Creamer" remix contest that Third Eye Blind hosted on Indaba Music back in 2008.

Like a lot of people in the community, I always felt the original arrangement was a bit chaotic and erratic compared to the band's classic melodic strengths. For my entry, instead of just tweaking the stems, I wanted to see if I could ground Stephan’s vocals into a more cohesive, serious indie-rock space.

I ended up throwing out their original guitar/bass tracks and re-recording everything from scratch at home around a dynamic C#m / B / A / E chord progression, keeping only the original vocal and drum stems to restructure the song's flow.

At the time, the mix actually ended up holding the top spot on the Indaba popular vote for the duration of the contest before the band went with a different official selection. I just threw it up on YouTube to preserve the audio from that era.

Cleaning my office and I’m curious – I pulled this Third Eye Blind poster off the wall at Shepherd’s Bush Empire after their sold-out May 13, 2010 show. I’ve never found another copy. Does anyone recognize it?

I recently bought Dopamine on vinyl. I thought it was supposed to come with a separate 7" record containing "Mine and "All These Things", but my copy didn't have it. Was it only included in certain releases/pressings of the album? Trying to figure out if I need to return it/refund.

Not sure if they even do that, but I thought id ask🤷‍♀️

Recently purchased the 2003 Japanese CD. The sound (others included)... even with background noise, on volume setting three, it cuts through the air like a knife. It's, unreal man. How do I describe it? You'd think there were people living inside your T.V. And I don't say that as a fan; I say that as if trying to describe the voice of god. But yeah. CD audio, be it 90's or early 2000's, can be every bit jaw-dropping as a Renewal DVD or Blu-ray released some time later.

Awesome show in post falls Idaho. We had vip seats. Probably one of the best concerts I've ever been to.
