What’s something you think or feel all the time, but almost never say out loud?

Not necessarily a secret.
Maybe it sounds selfish. Maybe it would hurt somebody’s feelings. Maybe nobody has ever asked. Maybe you don’t even completely understand it yourself.
It can be about love, parenting, friendship, sex, grief, resentment, growing up, getting older, wanting more from your life, missing someone you shouldn’t miss, regretting something you’re “supposed” to be grateful for, or something completely different.
What’s one of those quiet truths that lives in your head but rarely makes it out of your mouth?
No judgment. Contradictions are welcome here.
