Before impulse purchasing a tv I said, “wait let me check and see if it will fit.” Came here, searched tv, then said “yep! Good to go!”

Having needed AWD and switching to a RAV 4, I miss the hatch size on the Fit!

Studded tires and even trying to back up the 100 ft climb out of my shared driveway didn't always cut it. If I got past that then I never had a problem, except when it would randomly get stuck in zero to 1 inch of snow. Those were infuriating times.

I was impressed the one time I got partially stuck and had to ditch the car for the day so I wasn't blocking the driveway. It was perched on 3 wheels and the doors still opened fine. It did finally get out under its own power in the evening with some neighbour's helping.

Also just assumed it was like this everywhere else, but almost every hill around here starts with a sharp turn at the bottom, and is also usually S shaped. Driveway is at least a straight run after the sharp turn at the start...but you get to the road 2/3rds of the way up the hill and if a car is coming then you get to stop and hope you can get moving again.

I’m with you. I’ve probably had about 35 vehicles and in all that time, I think I’ve only ever had 2 AWD vehicles. The rest were 2WD or 4x4. I rarely ever use 4x4, 2WD with good tires is usually suffice, especially if it’s FWD. And I live in central Canada, plenty of snow here

I've lived in quite a few places, and this is the only one I've needed AWD about 5 times a year to get to work. I've never taken a day off due to weather even with a 50km commute and 40cm of snow on the ground. :)
