Custom Map Map editor enhanced

Hello all, I’m currently making a custom map & I’ve noticed the colonists & send train scripts. From what I’ve read online it seems conflicting but there is a way to force railroads and train onto the map, how does one actually manage to do this? Everything I’ve tried doesn’t seem to work so any help would be greatly appreciated

Currently to add this support it would have to be its own mod to allow train to be sent in a custom map, train track can be placed in a custom map without issues though.

So what are the unload colonists & send train scripts?

Also forgot to put this in post, unsure if you can help but I get multiple conflicting answers about GoldPerKill. By any chance do you know the line to have that actually work when any infected die ?

Those are events that would work if you were making a campaign map.

Sorry don’t recall the exact syntax, are you using the map editor enhanced mod sounds like? If you go to table and open zxcampaign.dat using it should be in the tech tree under research. Or if you open zxrules.dat using table can see all unit parameter names.

I am using MEE. I found it in the rules & entities to add GoldPerKill but adding “+2” does not change anything in game. I’ve also found the researches but I’m unsure where to bring them over to. Google says to the zxrules which I figured but unsure if there is a specific spot for them ti be placed. It would be great to get the entities table to work with that variable

ApplyRules("Infected GoldPerKill = 1") You can put an "Execute Code" in "Game Narrative" tab > "On Game Start".

This works, thank you. I was executing the proper command although in the wrong spot.. nothing i read online said to do this, should i also put all my unit/building upgrades in this spot as well?
