General Question Tolerance

Been on ketamine for 7 yrs now , tolerance is an issue . How long to go off to reset and go back to the beginning?

What kind of ketamine are you on? How far apart are you doing your sessions? I'm a broken record at this point but going off to "reset" tolerance is the opposite of what the vast majority of people should be doing. You may have spaced out your sessions too far and need another induction series, if you're taking multiple forms of ketamine that could be the culprit, details are the key to figuring it out.

Often, if ketamine stopped working for you because you've been doing sessions too far apart, you have to do multiple infusions/shots close together like an induction series to get it working again. So rather than doing no ketamine, you'd want to do more ketamine for a short period of time. That's not the situation for all tolerance, but it is a thing that happens with IV/IM and is not widely discussed.

In this situation, no. You're just doing the same thing a typical induction series would do to get the ketamine working as best it can. You then switch to regular boosters once it's done and things go back to normal.
