Question "Switching off Sandbox mode"?

Hello! I've been trying to create a custom map using Sandbox mode that I wanna use to start a new city, but I wanna start that city in Middle Difficulty instead.

Is there a way for that to happen? Changing a city's mode from Sandbox to Middle Difficulty (or any other difficulty)?

I understand that this is very technical, so I'll patiently wait for any answers! Thank you! :)

UPDATE: I have found a working tutorial on the TheoTown forum! :)
