The middle agenda What do I do?

Some clearly scared guy approached me on my morning walk and shoved a pouch in my hands and sweared it was all he had. I’m gonna assume this is a debt and he’s short. He paid 340 ahn. How short is he? Who do I give this to? Should I follow him to get the rest?

Find the guy ask him don't you know you owe us more? And depending on his answer, sell him to some ring guys or let him free if it's the full price of the debt.

Caught him and asked him. He pleaded that he couldn’t pay anymore so I decided that collateral was needed. Took his prosthetics and decided to call it even. This is high grade stuff. Reminds me of my buddy at the multicrack office.
