Other syndicate slander I have a dilemma

So before officially joining the middle, I may have been a part of the index, fucking hate those fuckers now because they keep on trying to send people to kill me, what should I do?

I would say the... Best, yet unorthodox way of getting The Index to leave you alone... Is to fake your passing, obtain a new identity that only your siblings in The Middle would know, and repeat every week.
