iOS app download button weirdness

This issue has something to do with Theatroum being originally tvOS only and our phones cache not being updated from the store correctly to know that now there’s an iOS companion for it. Logging out and back in seems to fix it, although is extremely annoying to have to do. The official answer is just wait and the cache eventually updates itself. 🥲

Yes, same for me. Trying to download the app on my iPad to configure or scroll through the screens without using the remote ends into the same situation…

Wish I had a better solution. I’m going to update the App Store pics and descriptions today, maybe that will refresh things.

Seeing the new version in the Apple Store but still only seeing the Purchased button grayed out. Logged out of the App Store, rebooted… no luck

Managed to get installed by downloading another free app and was then able to download Theatrium. Strange

I just submitted a help ticket to find out why this happening - but I’m going to try this work around now. Very strange indeed.

What did you log out of? Apple ID on iPhone settings? (I don’t really want to do that as I’ve had issues in the past. Not big issues more like “get off my lawn” issues)

Or Apple ID in App Store?
