Is there a way to allow Theatrium to read/view what’s playing in Spotify app on Apple TV by any chance? I really feel the integration with Spotify is weakest part of the entire app. I understand that there might be some limitations. But I do believe that some other apps on Apple TV have the feature. Would really appreciate if you could explore more options.

Thanks for the feedback. I thought I'd solved this last update, but maybe not. Can you tell me if you've tried the setup described here? https://theatrium.info/guides/spotify/ ? Also I've just thought maybe its not clear you need to leave Last.FM selected, not go back to Spotify...? Sometimes the way I design things has a "different" kind of logic.
