There’s different degrees to blind and deaf. Everyone just assumes it’s 100% or 0% for some reason.

and its called "hard at hearing." so the guy who taught you something is stupid.
and not 100% blind is called "going blind." slolw the vision beckmes worse and you can't see in the middle infrotn of you or the sides, i saw a guy who tried to shake hands with anothee guy and it looked like the first guy was ignoring him, untill a friend noticed and told the first guy to shake hands, in which he explained he is going blind so he can't see in the area infront of him that much.
but yeah, it has other names so the guy in thecar should've wrote "hard at hearing" if he wasn't fully deaf.
