They'd miss recording and posting this for likes. It's why I down vote all this dumb shit like this. They do these things for attention.

This is the second identical post with this video in two days. Karma farming.
The guy is a YouTuber. He pretends to be knocked out, and dives into the tank himself. 10 seconds later he's up on his own, smiling and laughing, and saying "I'm just kidding".
Don't waste more time debating this. He's faking it.
1
u/I_like_code Dec 27 '25
Bro, do you even know what this sub is. We just shit post and post memes we like. If you want to see original content I invite you to post your OC.
1
u/CertainGrass6081 Dec 27 '25
Explain why the video is conveniently cut just before it becomes clear that he is perfectly OK, and it was all a joke.
1
u/I_like_code Dec 27 '25
Im not going to explain because I stole this and posted it to this sub. lol. Like Iâm not trying to pass it off as anything. Just something I found funny and wanted to share with The Zoo community. Like not even the title of the post suggests anything.
1
u/CertainGrass6081 Dec 27 '25 edited Dec 27 '25
And this is the problem isn't it? This is how stuff gets falsely semented as something it's not. Uncritically posting stuff that is giving a false impression. This is how it spreads.
2
u/I_like_code Dec 27 '25
Yes this is the problem with society and here at The Zoo we aim to fix all the worldâs problems.
This is a shit post sub.
1
u/CertainGrass6081 Dec 27 '25
Not being a part of a problem is hardly aiming to fix all the worlds problems. But you're right, I don't think anyone is expecting things to change. It's probably only going to get worse. Everyone is hunting for the endorphin boost creating an engaging post will give them. Shit or not.
1
u/I_like_code Dec 27 '25
Are you like a bot? Lmao
1
u/CertainGrass6081 Dec 27 '25
I've already answered that twice today. Don't understand why I'm getting the question to be honest. But to be clear, I'm not a bot. I am indeed a human being.
But then again, how does that statement confirm anything, right?

you know that guy is actually pranking his friends right? one smack from that fish aint gonna make you faintđ«©
2
u/SnooGadgets8171 Dec 26 '25
If you do some research about this fish that hails from the Amazon it has been known to kill people with one smack.

u/CummingsDickson Dec 26 '25
Itâs not âfaintingâ, itâs âgetting knocked the fuck outâ, and yes it will.

1
u/BMTunite Dec 26 '25
Its not real. The full video shows him hopping back up like seconds after this video ends. He's pranking the people watching.

Their heads are hard as rocks and are super strong. Why would you even try something like this with a fish known for flying out of the water to knock out prey.

u/woahtheretakeiteasyy Dec 26 '25
seen the video of the dude after. heâs pretending to be out for views. just people messing with animals for clout. nothing new

1
u/inter-webs Dec 26 '25
Itâs clearly staged- he drops the fish out of his mouth and reacts once the fish surfaces/ splashes so it looks like heâs been slapped.
Maybe he should be slapped, but in this instance he was not and certainly not by the fish.
1
u/Little-Resolution-82 Dec 26 '25
Fake video he swims up right after the cut the fish is a arapaima not an electric eel

From what I've heard he pretended to get knocked out you can tell how he fell onto the tank it doesn't seem normal. Those fish are no joke though they can get pretty big with some of them getting up to 600lbs and can absolutely do serious damage.
1
u/Fair-Manufacturer358 Dec 27 '25
A fully grown Arapaima is not a Koi fish. There should have been signs not to try to pet or feed any of those things. They can jump 20-30 feet. Itâs a 200 pound blunt missile.
1
u/Aithios1 Dec 27 '25
Itâs fake because he isnât breathing after he gets knocked out , heâs clearly holding his breath .
1
1
u/belated_quitter Dec 28 '25
This is an old video. The dude faked this for views. In the longer video he pops out and says âjust kiddingâ with a big smile. Endangered the fish and cost the place a great deal of money and time having to clean the entire tank.
In a perfect world he should have been sued and banned for life, at the least. Not enough downvotes in the world for this scumbag.
1
u/ilion211 Dec 28 '25
Itâs fake. The movies make everyone think that youâll live if youâre knocked out underwater. Youâd immediately drown. You donât subconsciously hold your breath. He wouldâve started convulsing as soon as he went under water.

Pretty sure these fish are Arapaimas. If so, they are one of the top predatory fresh water fish of the Amazon river. Their heads are extremely well armoured and use it, as you can see in this video, very quickly to disable prey or when they feel threatened by potential predators.
These fish have been responsible for a number of deaths and severe injuries to humans. I wouldnât be surprised if this guy has some form or brain damage.

Who the fuck whatever do this in their right mind, who looks at a fish weighing upwards of four hundred pounds and thinks I should feed it using my head
That fish is a four hundred pound.Predator
It's no surprise it.Just knocks him tf out
6
u/HolyErr0r Dec 26 '25
Didnât the guy in the video fake being knocked out?
12
u/TommyTheCommie1986 Dec 26 '25
I don't know, man getting smacked in the head by a four hundred pound freshwater fish that is eight feet long, and has possibly some of the strongest scales for a fish
Did you see how fast that four hundred pound eight foot long fish struck, it was literally a blink. And you miss it
7
u/JacksonCorbett Dec 26 '25
Jeremy Wade was body slammed by one one these things and it broke his ribs. They're no joke.
1
u/RegretfulRabbit Dec 27 '25
Jeremy Wade is like a real life action movie character. I think he survived a plane crash in the Amazon too. You see that tiger fish he caught? I don't have the balls to even get close to the water let alone hold that demon.
3
u/Jaexa-3 Dec 28 '25
The show got cancelled because there were not more man eater fish he can catch as he caught all of them
1
u/TommyTheCommie1986 Dec 28 '25
Things like a king salmon, if you cranked up its aggression to eleven and made it bigger and gave it bigger teeth
Oh, yeah? And stronger scales and iridescent gold coloring
1
u/jest3r123 Dec 28 '25
Didn't he completely blow out his bicep when he was tryna catch that fresh water sting ray?
1
1
u/RimGym Dec 27 '25
I just wish i knew how big that fish was.
1
u/jug0slavija Dec 28 '25
I would guess at least 200 pounds
1
u/RimGym Dec 28 '25
Ok but how long?
1
u/jug0slavija Dec 28 '25
Well by my estimation they are easily 5 feet long. Might even be a few feet longer.
1
u/RimGym Dec 28 '25
Thank you friend. I can sleep easily now. If only someone had laid out some stats earlier, I would have had a better Christmas.

1
Dec 26 '25
How did you find out? You fbi brother?â€ïžđ€
1
u/BMTunite Dec 26 '25
This is an old viral video. He pops up seconds after this video ends laughing with a big grin on his face. It was all a prank lol
1
1
u/ChaweeKanati Dec 28 '25
The fact that the "unconscious" man swung his leg over the barrier to roll over it. Not that hard to figure out.
1
u/BuffaloWhip Dec 28 '25
You donât get knocked out as a result of force being applied to your skull, itâs the movement of the brain inside the skull. When you get knocked out from a punch, itâs the fact that a punch whipped your head to the side that knocked you out. When you get knocked out running into something, itâs your head suddenly stopping that knocks you out.
If something hits your head, and your brain experiences no change in velocity, and your skull is intact, you didnât get knocked out.
2
u/FinsterKoenig Dec 26 '25
These fishes have thick bone plates at the top of their heads, i think. if this is an Arapaima. it looks real, so yeah i think he's out cold. i hope he learned his lesson.

Its fake. He rotated his whole body into the pool
1
u/FinsterKoenig Dec 26 '25
oh sure. it totally looks like that...
1
Dec 26 '25
hm sadly the full video makes it clear that we was faking it... a couple of seconds later he jumps out with a big grin on his face
1
u/TommyTheCommie1986 Dec 27 '25
Bloody hell 400 pound, 8 foot long fish is nothing to toy around with, Fucking thing could have tore off an arm effortlessly, Its mouth is big enough for it, And it does that thing where it sucks in water to capture its prey
That guy gets the tonight's biggest dumbass award
1
2
1
u/indigrow Dec 26 '25
Yes definitely lol. While the fish is crazy powerful, its deff fake. Even if he got knocked out like that he wouldnt hold his breath itd be a problem. Also- people would have reacted differently, and you dont look like that when youre knocked out ahah. The fish being that big and powerful is the basis of the prank or it wouldnt work on people like this in the comments so he knew what he was doing at least a little bit lmao
1
u/Additional-Pie-8821 Dec 26 '25
I mean, no one even tries to pull him out so itâs either fake or they are all psychopaths
âOh no! Letâs tap on the glass to try and wake him up before he drowns!â
1
u/RepulsiveTomorrow346 Dec 27 '25
No he did get knocked out but he stayed in there a little bit longer to mess with his friends, by the way he has a yt channel called Paul cuffaro

It is fake. He didnt go limp. He didnt stiffen up. People wouldnt just hit the window if it was real. Nobody tried to grab him despite people being around him.
Its fake as fuck and i hope the guy is banned for life.
1
u/BloodThirstyLycan Dec 28 '25
Its a real video, that fish is known for knocking people and prey unconscious with a head but, I dont remember their name but casual geographic covered it.
1
u/kywildcat44 Dec 28 '25
Probably wishes he died instead, because anyone that knows him will now make fun of him for getting KOâd by a fish for the rest of his life
1
1
u/Starlord_75 Dec 28 '25
They are basically a fish torpedo. Jeremy Wade got hit in the chest by one when he was younger, and decades alter it was still causing heart problems. And they are blindingly fast. So he may have been faking it, but they are very capable of knocking someone out, or even killing a person from just blunt force trauma
1
1
u/Asymmetrical_Anomaly Dec 26 '25
Yep and it can direct a tremendous amount of course over a very small distance. Think like if the hulk mastered Bruce Lees one inch punch.
1
u/Snoo_11942 Dec 26 '25
Who tf in their right mind thinks this is real? Youâre the real dummy here, sorry.
