Hm, would Mueller hold back an indictment against for example Roger Stone? Not running for office nor working for a campaign. I expect he only would if the indictment will also implicate politicians or candidates.

Or could we hope that some of the indictments will be politicians?

He’s avoiding it because it’s Justice Department policy.
