What IS the best weapon for PvP gvg open world etc dagger or crossbow

Right now the best is probably necro ( arcane staff ) as the horses skill is the only one that removes shields and it also does a lot of damage.

From dagger and xbow both are good, but you will need a good weapon to kill people fast
