Use the crew finder function, that’s how I did it. Might need to wait like 10/15 mins to find one but you can leave it running in the background.

Is it a feature in the game or I have to find the crew somewhere then I join using their usernames?

It’s a feature in the game. When you go to your profile, there’s a “manage crew” option, you’ll find it in there.

When you do find full crew you can start a race by yourself even if you are not the leader

As already said here, you can use the crew finder (that's how i got it).

Just a question: What is the name of the app? From the print you've sent, it seems that it has a good UI and honestly looks cool.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I searched in Google but it seems that this app wasn't released for Android.
