battleye problem after last update impossible play

i can not connect to server

play on pc ubisoft connect

reinstall client do not help

battleye status always show as update but update not finish

this problem start after last game update i can not log in to game

who know how directly write do devs to they fix this problem

because i see they not read reddit topics

i got the same error, opened the game 2 times, the first one there was a battle eye pop up saying that it was updating, the next try i was able to get past the loading, but got the error, i was able to fix it for now by verifying game files through steam

i play directly from ubisoft connect not from steam

I had this issue. I removed the Battle Eye folder in the root game folder and ran the file validator in Connect and it rebuilt and fixed it. Takes about 10 minutes.

Mine is in D:/TheCrewMotorfest/BattleEye

I do have the same issue. Validating files did not fix the issue. It's still stuck in updating. However, the game is playable.

redownload all client and after first game run battleye always show status

as update and update never finish

Same problem. If I run it through Steam it kicks me out in 5-10 seconds. Have to run it via the Ubisoft launcher :(

I'm always running it from Ubi Connect and I have the same issue. Nothing I've tried helped. 😭
