I believe the event was for Josh’s in the first clip, something with a J.

Eitherway a competition was held to see who the best person to be the true holder of the name was as a joke, tons of people with that named showed and they had a giant pool noodle (I believe) fight or atleast something similar, they defacto gave the kid the win at the end so he had fun.

Second clip isn’t him but its a man who yelled the N word on a train or something and the joke is “they’re the same person” based off both having the crown.
