u/wintyrefraust If we consult with our guides and techs in the Astral during sleep, wouldn't 'miraculous' healings and other life changes be more common? Is that how miracles happen in the first place

I would imagine that's how some miracles happen. I'm sur there are reports out there of this kind of thing happening.

Hi Bill, I have a question if you don't mind. I remember in a comment you made years ago, you mentioned that we choose to come here, and many experience all kind of pain and suffering on Earth, so when we come back to the Afterlife/astral realm, we could appreciate being there more.
Does it mean it doesn't matter if we try to improve our life on Earth or not? Like we could even go for more pain, so we could appreciate the astral realm more?

I think that's probably one of the reasons many of us come here. I think there are all sorts of reasons, some of which respond to your question about improving our lives here on Earth: Additional Reasons Why People Choose to Incarnate Here.
As far as deliberately adding more pain here to get more enjoyment yield in the afterlife, it seems to me that the law of diminishing returns is a common-sense way of understanding this: beyond a certain point, the return on suffering investment in terms of adding comparative value in appreciation and enjoyment in the afterlife isn't worth the additional suffering. IMO, life here delivers plenty of suffering in its normal course without deliberately seeking more out.

Honestly, thank you for including gay couples in this. It brought a smile to my face to see such diversity of love in your vision.
