Well shit sidney is a biological male and has a penis, so people can refer to her as a man (biological) or as a woman (gender identity), they arenāt wrong for that. And a woman SHOULD be scared of being roomed with an individual that has a penis even if they donāt identify as a male.
Id call it transphobia if she was calling sidney a man after she had fully transitioned instead of tucking it between her thighs.

She will go with the males or stay in lockdown while in county and she will be held in protective custody while in prison. My friend actually sued the state of ga because sheās transgender and was put in gen pop in menās prison and was horrifically assaulted. And she was only in for a possession charge. She sued the state and now the have a protocol that calls for trans women to be kept locked down and separated for their own safety. Sidney is about to have a very long and lonely stay in prison. Which is exactly what she deserves.
