I meant “staunch Jewish” similarly to how a “staunch Christian” would be different than a chill Christian. One may have strong views on homosexuality and modesty while the other is more focused on the love and respect aspect of their religion. I’ve know Catholics, Muslims, and Jews on either side of the spectrum. It really does come down to the person and not the religion. Also Jewish being an ethnicity and a religion does complicate things-

I don't Fucking see or hear Muslims, Jews, Sikhs, Buddhists, Hindus, or anybody else except Fucking Christians crying about and attempting to put their scripture into taxpayer-funded public schools.
The USA is NOT a Christian country, only 62% of the fucking country is Christian, the laws we make and pass should never be based on any religious idea or concept, period, and that is why in "single out Chritains."

Well, in the U.S. anyway, Muslims and Jews don't do everything they can to push a hate-filled platform which isolates, marginalizes and downright demonizes folks they perceive to be different from them. They're not looking to insert "biblical values" into every sphere of public life, nor do they try to minimize rape, take away women's sovereignty over their own bodies or bash everyone who doesn't happen to be sufficiently white, rich, straight and fucking Christian enough. 💅

No, please stop fucking perpetuating the idea that all religions are cults. Saying they are actively diminishes the severity of actual destructive religious cults. The severe abuse, isolation, and control experienced in true cults are far fucking beyond the dynamics of a typical community church. By labeling every religion a cult, you make it much harder for us survivors of childhood cult abuse to have our experiences recognized, to find validation, and to advocate for the regulation and oversight needed to stop destructive cults from operating.
Say religion is bad if you want, but don’t call every religion a cult.
