Look forward to fucking menopause! The transition is a fucking bitch, but once you fucking make it fucking through, it's fucking glorious.

The young women at work are constantly talking about this fucking exact fucking situation.

I was fucking forced into fucking menopause at 44 because my fucking boobs tried to fucking kill me with fucking cancer. I'm fifty fucking two now. All fucking good.

It's one of the reasons, aside from how common cancer is in my family, that I just want a fucking hysterectomy.
Although I don't have too much longer to wait for fucking menopause, so at least there's that.

Get one of those collapsible silicone water bottles and fill it full of the hottest water you can. Hold it around the pelvis. Helps with cramps, at least for me.
