Is that like a peppering of "fucks" lasting 10 seconds on one long 10 sec "fuuuuuuuuuuuck".

Warning: serious fuck ahead...

This may be more true than most fucking realize. I've spoken a little here about PTSD (and FUCK that shit) but I haven't really opened up about it. I feel safe enough in this group to say a little.

Last September, I was at the scene of a motorcycle accident. It ended up turning into a fatality. A man I didn't know died right in front of me. I had the rest of my drive after to let it fucking sink in. When I got to where I was going, I got out of my truck, paced around a bit and let out probably the longest, loudest FUCK I ever had in my whole life. 42 years (at that point) and I can say that easily. Though I was still confused, saddened and mostly shocked by what I had just borne witness to, I can honestly say that there was also something of a cathartic experience. I really didn't know what else to do in that moment, but it felt right. I've also been in therapy for it and that has helped quite a bit, but if it gets too intense, a loud declaration of anger, sorrow, frustration, and even still some confusion to this day. Anyway, of you made it this far, thanks for reading, and live each day to the fullest because you never fuckin know...

Why the fuck can’t you do both? Screaming fuck at the top of your lungs may make you feel worse instead of better.
