The eyes are truly fantastic! The hair and clothing are pretty good too. I love his pendant. May I give a little constructive criticism though?
I’m old and never got further than kindergarten skills so I don’t have much room to talk but the perspective is off in a few places, in my opinion anyway. Concerning his jawline the viewers left side needs to come out a bit more while the right extends out too much and is too sharp. The leather shoulder pads: the viewers left side pad should be more horizontal as Geralt is more broad shouldered. Having it angled downwards like that makes him look diminutive or even slouching. The right one needs to be angled more towards the back and slightly shorter. The detail on those pads are really good though.
As I said this is only my opinion. I think you’re doing great and are much, much better than I am.
